On November 28, the "academic seminar on the safety of cultural relics exhibition" sponsored by China Cultural Relics News, Jilin Provincial Museum and Xuzhou Museum (Xuzhou Institute of cultural relics and Archaeology) and co organized by Huaxie international Fine Freight Service Co., Ltd. was held in Xuzhou. 36 museums, cultural institutions, relevant enterprises and news media lists from 15 provinces and cities in China, including the Palace Museum, China Cultural Relics Exchange Center, China Customs Museum, Capital museum, Shanxi Museum, Shanghai Museum, Nanjing Museum, Anhui Museum, Jiangxi Museum, Shandong Museum, Henan Museum, Sichuan Museum, Shaanxi History Museum, etc Nearly 100 people attended the meeting.

      Liu Shifa, President of China Cultural Relics News, said in his speech at the opening ceremony that in recent years, China's museums have made remarkable achievements, the number and quality of exhibitions have been greatly improved, the breadth and depth of cultural relics utilization have been continuously expanded, cultural relics exchange and cooperation have been expanding, and social influence has been constantly improved. At the same time, the safety situation of the cultural relics is even more serious. General Secretary Xi Jinping has made important instructions on the work of cultural relics safety. The party and the state have promulgated the "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Work of Cultural Relics Safety" and "Opinions on Strengthening the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Relics." How to deal with the problems of cultural relics exhibition and safety in the new era is an important topic worthy of further discussion.

      In terms of the entry-exit of cultural relics, the representatives at the meeting believed that it was necessary to clarify the responsibilities of the customs and cultural relics departments; strengthen the team, pay attention to the safety training of the whole staff, improve the management system and responsibility mechanism related to cultural relics safety; strengthen supervision and guidance, establish the emergency system for cultural relics safety, minimize the damage to cultural relics caused by emergencies; make full use of scientific and technological means for cultural relics. It should arrange cultural relics insurance reasonably and reduce the risk of cultural relics claims.
      In the aspect of cultural relics packaging and transportation, the participants shared the use of packaging materials, packaging methods and safety real-time monitoring of cultural relics transportation with different materials and preservation conditions.
