Instructions for making an appointment to visit the scientific research laboratory of Xuzhou Museum

Xuzhou Museum Cultural Protection Science and Technology Center is responsible for the application and scientific research related to the protection and restoration of cultural relics. In order to serve the social development and meet the public demand, the scientific research laboratory is now trying to make an appointment to visit the society. The specific requirements are as follows:

1、 Opening Hours

The last week of each month, from 15:00-16:30 p.m. on Friday, is one day ahead of schedule in case of legal holidays.

2、 Appointment method

1. Online reservation: visitors can log in to the official website of Xuzhou Museum, enter the reservation system, and make reservations according to the system prompts.

2. The audience shall make an appointment at least one day in advance. The appointment shall be made in real name. The name, contact information, valid ID number and other information of the person making the appointment must be filled in.

3. The number of receptionists for each opening is 15, and the reservation system will be automatically closed after the reservation staff is full.

4. If the visitors fail to visit on time after the reservation is successful, please call one day in advance. If they fail to fulfill the obligation of notification, they will not be able to make an appointment for this year's visit.

3、 Notice to visitors

The public will be guided to visit by the staff according to the scheduled time. During the visit, the relevant safety regulations of the laboratory must be observed. If the equipment and instruments are damaged due to personal reasons, the original price shall be compensated; Damaged cultural relics shall be dealt with according to relevant laws and regulations.
