Preface
The rivers and mountains are flowing light and colour, the heaven and the earth are full of glory, and Pengcheng is a land of renewal.
Since ancient times, Pengcheng(Xuzhou) has been listed in the history of China, a fertile land between the Yangtze River and the Yellow River. From the pre-Qin to the Han Dynasty, both the Han Dynasty stone portraits and folk art have flashed brilliant brilliance in the history of the Chinese nation.
Pengcheng in history is not only a place for strategists to fight for, but also a cradle of culture and art. From the southern and Northern Dynasties through the Tang Dynasty to the later Tang Dynasty, there were artists such as Liu Li, Liu Gao and Li Yu. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were Yan Ermei and Wan Shouqi. In the late Qing Dynasty, Li Lan and Zhang Boying were well-known.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Wang Ziyun, Xiao Longshi, Li Xuehong became famous in painting. After that, there are Li Keran, Zhu Dequn, Zhu Dan, He Jingzhi and other masters to the art circle.
Nowadays, a large number of leading figures, such as Zhang Lichen, Cheng Dali, Yu Jigao, Jiang Wenzhan, Zhao Xucheng, Guo Gongda, have come out of Pengcheng art circle. Under the influence of these predecessors, Pengcheng has formed a strong painting and calligraphy group. It is self-evident that the painting and calligraphy art garden in Pengcheng will be gorgeous and colorful.
Pengcheng Painting Academy has a long way to go. My way ahead is long; I see no ending; yet high and low I'll search with my will unbending.

Introduction
Yang Zhenting
He has successively studied in the graduate courses of Chinese Painting Department of Zhejiang Academy of fine arts and Chinese Painting Department of China Academy of fine arts. He got Master of Arts from Nanjing University. He is a member of China Artists Association, vice chairman of Xuzhou Artists Association, Professor of the school of fine arts of Jiangsu Normal University, supervisor of master of fine arts and master of education arts.
Chen Xinmin
He is a member of China Artists Association, a special painter of Jiangsu traditional Chinese Painting Institute, a director of Kaiming Academy of painting of Minjin Central Committee, vice president of the Academy of painting of Mencius Thought Research Association of Anhui Province, vice president of Xuzhou Minjin calligraphy and Painting Institute, honorary chairman of Artists Association of Gulou District, Xuzhou City. He is the Special researcher of Xiao Longshi Art Museum. As a famous ecological painter, he is good at painting animals, landscapes, flowers and birds. Learn from Mr. Liu Mengbi and Mr. Liu Huimin (Lao Yun). Later, Mr. Zhu FUKAN, a famous calligrapher of Jinshi calligraphy, pointed out and inscribed on his painting of hundred cats to encourage him.
Yin ChengHonorary director of Jiangsu Artists Association, member of Xuzhou Federation of literary and art circles, vice chairman of Xuzhou Artists Association, research fellow of Wu Guannan freehand flower and bird painting research center of art daily. He used to be director of Li Keran Art Museum and Secretary General of Xuzhou Art Association. His works were exhibited in Nanjing, Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Shenzhen, South Korea and Japan and published in national publications.
Li FengHe studied in the Central Academy of fine arts, director of Jiangsu flower and Bird Painting Research Association, and specially appointed lecturer of freehand flower and bird painting in the Academy of fine arts of Jiangsu Normal University.
